We pride ourselves in serving homemade and locally sourced produce

Many of our garnishes and ingredients are foraged or hand-picked from our garden

We’re always making the most of the current season. We roast our root vegetables in our wood fired pizza oven for extra flavour.

Dining with us supports our neighbourly fresh suppliers

Our turkey is supplied by Eryl Roberts of Llanrhaeadr and slowly matured for maximum flavour. Our lamb and beef come from CLD meats in Denbigh and we get our milk from just down the road at Llwyn Banc Dairy.
